M.Video-Eldorado says IFRS H1 net loss widens by 31%
MOSCOW, Aug 25 (PRIME) -- The net loss of Russia’s largest electronic goods and household appliances retailer M.Video-Eldorado widened by 31.1% on the year to 3.747 billion rubles in January–June, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Thursday.
Revenue of the company increased by 1.5% on the year to 218.815 billion rubles, and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) grew by 51.1% to 7.002 billion rubles.
Gross merchandise value grew by 1.5% to 262.177 billion rubles with value-added tax.
